| This buck was taken on my 1989 hunt by Ron Pounds (my brother). This is the best buck taken on any of my hunts. Ron shoots a Winchester Featherweight chambered in 30-06. This buck was bedded up, as snow was beginning to fall. Ron still hunted within a few yards of his bed. I also took a fork horn buck later in the hunt. You'll have to excuse the poor photo, the mist was barely clear enough to photograph. |
